It's a much easier life to just build a circle of several girls who you date casually. Lying and cheating gets progressively more complex the more you do it. Unless you are a master manipulator, it can and will come crumbling down. And if you are a master manipulator, you are probably sharp enough to build a multiple-relationship circle without much fuss.

but, i'd rather fare on my own than do that. i would never get married for this reason. having to commit to someone and have sex with only this one person for the rest of my life frankly disgusts me. esp. in the west where you have to account for the legal aspects and courts considering infidelity in marriage. i also find women who sleep around disgusting which is obviously contradictory but we are not the same like poster above said

i don't have it in me to keep faithful to one person. i think a lot of people, especially devoutly religious men, have a highly idealized or fantastical view of marriage on how it's a sacred bond or whatnot and for some it works (i'm sure vast majority end up bored with one another anyhow as humans naturally dislike monotony). to answer your question, yes i'd cheat. but, i wouldn't bind myself to any contract or relationship in the first place.
