If you have feelings for the girl and see yourself with her long-term, especially marriage or something, then keep your dick in your pants, enjoy what you have, and spend a few years with her to see if she's genuinely compatible for the long-term and possibly family someday- if you're even interested in marriage though.

If you have a near uncontrollable itch to sow your wild oates while you're young and in prime years, and want to experience several different foreign women, then slowly faze her out.

Don't get me wrong, the thrill and short-term effects of having several different women to bang, fake love with, and travel places together is intoxicating for a while.
But, overall it's kinda cruel to cheat and waste someone's time when they genuinely want exclusivity and to have a life together.

P.S.
I'm a hypocrite because I still have lots of temptations from time to time, to screw other Filipinas, because they flirt a lot and I still have somewhat youthful looks for my age, and I'm fairly handsome and in great physical shape.
But, I remind myself that my girlfriend is a very kind, sexy, pretty woman that treats me like a king, and we genuinely have a relationship and connection that goes way beyond just the physical stuff.
