i plan to go to urumqi, gansu, inner mongolia, and then kyrgyzstan uzbekistan tajikistan and kazakhstan this month

then hop on a train from kazakhstan to georgia via a russian transit visa. azerbaijan land border is sadly closed so i have to go around

Did fuck all past month in Thailand.

In Osaka I've been exploring more though and did 30k steps the other day.

For 3 months I have been consistently lifting weights and doing 3 miles of inclined walking. Also doing some fasting.

MWF: Weights
TTSS: Walking

I have leaned out a lot, soon I will post an update with all the weight lost. I will go back to Thailand and plow some more trannies.
