He shows you this map and allows you to pick one of the seven territories to specialize in.

Geomaxx Gift:

• Pick 1 of the 7 territories to be your Geomaxx Gift
• From now on, you get unlimited free flights to any airport in that region
• You also get 50% off on all other forms of transportation (train tickets, bus tickets, ferry tickets, even gasoline if you have a car)
• You become a permanent resident of every country within the region
• Finally, you get a daily $100 USD for every full day you stay in that region, tax free, no strings attached

However, there is a curse to the Geomaxx Gift:

• For the remaining 6 territories there will be drawbacks
• From now on, all inbound non-gift territory flights will be 3X more expensive
• All other forms of transportation outside the non-gift territory are 2X more expensive
• You cannot own property outside the gift territory (if you already do, you get a full calendar year to liquidate it)
• Finally, you lose $100 USD daily for every full day you stay outside the non-gift territory

(note that the names I gave the territories are just bullshit, Xi does not have a dynasty, the Burqaland is not an actual Muslim caliphate, etc.)
