I have idiopathic condylar resorption. Affects about 1 in 1000 men. Shit is brutal.
I went from a good jawline with good definition to a weak shitty jaw with a shitty gonial angle and no ramus.
I'm getting it fixed in about 1.5 years. But until then I'm stuck.
Count your blessings. 99.9% of this forum is better off than me.

are you really sure you wanna go through this? how severe is it? mind posting a pic of the jaw?

i have a jaw issue too and decided against surgery because of the risks. 5% chance of nerve paralysis and having numb face/lips really sucks. imagine going through all of this and then you don't feel a kiss on your lip anymore or having an asymmetric mouth when you speak/smile. not sure if it's really worth it. unless you have something severe like an open bite or sleep apnea.

in case you have issues with your teeth getting them fixed can already do a lot. i did that in the past and ascended to normal tier.

You can't be LTN with the above genetic flaw. You're a 3/10 at best. Face the reality of your situation.
it's not genetic in most cases. often related to mouth breathing as a child.

I'm developing an open bite. Icr is arthritis in the jaw joint. It causes bone loss and severe pain. Surgery is required. I'm not getting it to make myself more attractive.
