Is there a better city than Moscow from April to October?

My company doesn't want to let me go until end of summer so it screw with my plan but as soon as they do I'll move anywhere that allow me not to pay any taxes (Cyprus would be the better choice) and then quickly go to Moscow.
I can spend around 50,000€ per month and they're better used in Moscow with the hottest girls in the world than in Asia. At the end of the day if I can find the right visa I might stay the whole year in Moscow lol...I just can't find a better place for what I'm looking for and I researched the whole world

I'm going to make a post about something that I think it's important and one of the reason why many men are stuck with SEA.

I think many people in this forum suffers from the same problem I used to suffer when I was starting out and that I see very often when I'm in SEA....very low confidence.

I was a late virgin (lost my virginity at my 23th birthday) and I had a very very low confidence with women back then because most of my friends already lost it in high school and girls talked like they were porn stars by the time I was still a virgin.

So I just couldn't mentally put myself out there as I thought I'd be humiliated in front of my friends (as everything in Italy is social circle based including the girls you meet) with a girl that had so much more experience than me. I had such low self esteem that I was afraid to even do it with an escort as I thought she'd consider me a loser for being a virgin at 22/23yo so I lost it with a cheap Asian whore in the streets.

Then I started to travel to EE and Asia and build my confidence. Bangkok used to be my base in Asia but I also traveled a lot in the Philippines....I banged lots of SEA bitches and my confidence gradually built up....I didn't experience the same anxiety with them because I didn't consider them at the same level as white girls so it was very low pressure. But after a while I got over it and didn't have any problem with sexual confidence anymore.

What I see when I travel to SEA instead is people in their late 20s or 30s or older still suffering from the same problem. It's like they never grow out of it. They get attached to the first girl that show them some interest even if she's ugly as fuck and at the lowest point in the female hierarchy (SEA mediocre looking girl). Some of the guys (white men in their mid-late 20s) I met in Cebu, Manila or Bangkok were scared as fuck to go to some upscale rooftop bars or clubs and made up lots of excuses because they thought they were beneath even an above average filipina or thai girl with a university degree lol. They didn't say it explicitly but it was clear as they only wanted to approach mediocre looking girls without a degree as they thought this was their looksmatch JFL

I didn't meet just a few of these men, it's a common occurrence and it's a reason why it's not easy to find a good wing. I think lots of men are so mentally damaged by Western women that they lose all their confidence and even losing their virginity don't do anything to raise it. They're stuck in the same mental condition of deserving the least popular women as dating partners.

And it's exactly for this reason why I believe people will still go to SEA no matter what, they never "graduate" from it and move on....neither in East Asia nor in East Europe as they think these girls are above them without even trying (or just using tinder).

I dated some very hot girls in East Europe, all of them through some social circle thing so of course it wasn't some one-night-stand, you needed to put in some effort but nonetheless they were very hot. The same in Ukraine. And the same will be true in Russia. Actually the hottest looking girl I ever banged was Russian which I met when I was in the US (New York) in an english school (again social circle).
So, don't restrict yourself to SEA or you'll miss lots of opportunities to date girls you think are out of your league

Yes although if you go to some popular places in Asia like Thai islands, Bali or recently even Bangkok you can find plenty of competition....actually even more than in those places in EE because they have become hotspots for youtubers/influencers, Australian party-goers, some good looking and fit DNs ecc. A decade ago when I first arrived in SEA the competition was much less than now....only in under the radar places in SEA (but less developed places...so mostly shitholes) like the Philippines, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia are still untouched

He told me that Moscow is pretty damn competitive because you are competing with Russian millionaire/billionaires for the top tier women. He said don't be surprised to drop 100USD on a first "get to know you" date there. He also can speak Russian as well. He has been taking online classes for awhile to get to a conversational speaking level. He was also saying sure looks are important but being financially successful and having status are very important there.
