Which European countries still have a future?

I feel like a lot of European countries are unsalvageable. Some that come to mind are: UK, Germany, France and Belgium.

Are there any that still have a bright future ahead of them? Good job market, minimal third world migration and healthy dating culture?

I do not know but dating market is not easy there anyway unless chad so why bother. I prefer SEA and EA for recruit difficulty dating market
