Sao Paolo has plenty of Chads and Chadlites. My family would fly down there plenty for work, and saw them hanging around. If you are a 5-6 or even a 7, it won't matter if you're from the Anglosphere or Western Europe. You're going to be up against stiff competition from the locals who are well into fitness and well-groomed.

Ik SP is more competitive than other places in LATAM but i still hear it beats most LATAM tier1s outside of medellin (and medellin is dangerous so brazil prob mogs also)
