Selamectin, much broader therapeutic range than ivermectin due to non crossing of the bbb. Not legally available for humans technically, just pets, but easy af to get ahold of. Ivermectin is fairly safe but just objectively inferior except for the use case of shit where you want it to cross the bbb, but even with parasites in your brain you wouldnt want that as the inflammatory response would kill you or at least give you brain damage.
