Actually theres more things to come to factor. English in Vietnam is low and the pre socialistic / being a colony makes it harder to date for foreigners.
Thailand was never a colony.
Things like Culture, english speaking (Which in Vietnam is non existant), mindset, poverty, all come into play. Hard to judge off how many girls there are if none date foreigners.

Wow, genius post! My ideal place would be one where prices are really really low so I can barely spend any money, where the girls are poor and would date an English-speaker but without expecting money in return. Great work, you're onto something here. I think you should refine it! I made a similar sheet for myself and a friend a few years ago. You included some good sources here like numbeo and iqair instead of just guessing around. However, there is room for improvement:
1. The 3 categories are probably too few. It might be better to work with absolute number or percentages for the final score instead so that the impact of closely missing a different category isn't that strong.
2. It was mentioned already, but culture is really missing here. Not only religion which would pull Indonesia and Malaysia down a lot, but also China might suffer here because of the dictatorship and surveillance. I don't see crime rate/security here either but I assume that is included in QOL?
3. Probably not interesting for you but other law aspects may come into play as well, depending on what you wanna do or consume. I.e. in Thailand smoking weed is (still) legal while electronic cigarettes are strictly forbidden (which is ridiculous because this way they force smokers to stick to classic cigarettes). In the other Asian countries it's rather the other way around: You receive high fines for smoking weed or can even go to jail while electronic cigarettes are available.
