Something I keep noticing in Filipinas

I talk to SEA chicks when I'm bored, which doesn't really help but I guess it's better than staring at the wall.....maybe. you know at the end of a call you'll say some shit like "well I gotta go i have to [insert thing you need to do]" almost every time i talk to Filipinas chicks they say they have to get groceries/ go shopping. If they say they're too busy it's because theyre getting groceries. Do they just buy groceries every day or are they just so lacking in creativity that they can't think of any other excuse to end conversation/not talk? I haven't really noticed this in women from Thailand
