Todays day 28 of sober Feb. Just the 29th and it’ll be over because it’s leap year. Anyways, I’m probably gonna keep this up and do sober March too. Benadryl maxxing destroys my brain and my gut microbiome so to retain health him just not gonna do it. Maybe I won’t touch Benadryl ever again, who knows? If I do it’s for the best anyways. But I’m proud of myself that I came this far already.
