plan to fix pathetic feet hands and forearms

i'm 6'2 but only like a size 9 1/2 shoe US. makes my forearms look pathetic and my hands are pathetic. my proportions make me look like an infant bc of my enormous head. I'm 26, but i don't believe in growth plates so i should be fine to take hgh and get big hands and feet and maybe get a bit taller. What else should i do? It's life or death
