It's valued at that price but obviously it depends on whether someone will buy it. I'm not 100% sure how it works but yaeh.
Would it be worth selling it though and buying an apartment somewhere in a big city in Russia or building a house on that land? Tbh if I could be a homeowner in my 20s and skip all the mortgage and rent bullshit that would be amazing. Does anyone know how far €100k can get you in the likes of Russia, Poland, Czechia etc? or is that considered peanuts now there too?

100k euros is definitely too little to buy a nice apartment in the major CE cities like Warsaw at least, which I know from personal experience…
But maybe it’s enough for smaller cities in cheaper countries of the FSU, like where you’re from lol

Bulgaria, Bosnia and herosgovnia, i know you can get SOMETHING for that price. Wont say its anything good tho.

Personally I would put it in other assets (could’ve bought the dip a few days ago) and just rent and work out how to make money online in the meantime, that money would last at least 3 years in a cheaper country which is more than enough time
