Has anyone of you visited Mindanao (the most dangerous island in the Philippines)

I think it is the only island in the philippines where you will not meet stupid passportbros. but there are travel warnings and islamic terrorist groups.
Has anyone tried? Is it worth the risk?

Girls are more conservative there, probably a good place to find a gf but not really for slaying. You will meet less foreigners but the streets are extremely 3rd world, worse then Cebu

I’ve been there! Honestly, it felt like any other place in the Philippines. When you take the bus, you’ll pass a few police checkpoints where they X-ray your bags - super polite and efficient though. A friend did mention it’s best to avoid the western side of the island and the nearby archipelago.

I am more scared of turbomanlets because they have nothing to lose and are often filled with hatred. and not all filipino guys are turbomanlets I have a filipino friend in Manila who is like 6 ft 6

in all honesty this is true but only if they are blackpilled, if not then they will think they still got a lot to loose and wont do anything crazy
