many guys are just happy to chill in the outskirts and be able to live very cheaply

you can spend as few or as much as you want in a city like Bangkok

same goes for a lot of sea, i think when you spend a bit more of a premium that's where a city like bkk shows its dividends vs other cities in SEA

Worst is condos are empty esp with Pogo leaving and there's 33% or 25% condos empty and like it's Europe level prices. They don't want to lower rent price
