yes certainly not best pheno for Asia. I think best is blonde blue eyes, second best brown hair blue/green eyes, third black hair blue/green eyes. after that jbw halo starts diminishing significantly. of course bones matter too. but people keep coping with hapa is best for asia jfl. ginger is also a halo but cannot really classify it because I have seen it too rarely

In Shanghai at least, white dudes with brown hair and brown eyes seemed to do just fine pre covid from what I observed.
Although granted it could be that money was making up for it since many foreigners have a decent amount of cash in that city. The guys were MTN to HTN looking at least as well

Couldn't really test it well myself as I was overweight which is a negative there but still was able to get a few 6s in the Tier 1s that I went to. No doubt being blonde and blue eyed is better but I suspect jbw doesn't diminsh that greatly in China if you have a brown hair dark eye phenotype as long as your skin is white. Anyways wouldnt matter as much if op goes to Chinese Tier 2 cities possibly instead of Japan and below where there aren't any other white dudes but I'd reccomend getting a hair cut and even hitting the gym a bit.
