no, I SAID.....depends on how you speak. in DR i paid nothing. except taxi fare
but here my indo sucks. so i pay 2/3rds. so i get 1 free 2 pay

if i could speak better indo, i would get more free less pay. But....the more i learn indonesian the more i realise it's a fucked up language.
