Advice based strategy for geomaxxing (in video game)

Imagine that you have a permanent contract in an EU country with employee-friendly laws. but you always have to be in the office, home office is not possible.

Would you now and then (of course not exaggerate) fake health problems to get a sick leave. and then during the sick leave simply geomaxx. Imagine the doctor giving you 4 weeks.

I think you can do well with a mental illness. (in Minecraft)

a friend of mine does this often but then he goes to his parents in spain and chills on the beach jfl (in GTA IV)

People did this alot when covid came around, got a positive test and got better then didn't go back to work for a long ass time.
