SEA and Latam checks 2-3 off, but all of those would probably need a big population to find the right one, less population like thailand lessens your odds vs ph, but pinas are shorter so most likely its gonna be a pina that has all of that

in the west it's difficult because you have to deal with fierce competition if they are cute and slim.
