People used to run succesful experiments with passport mode, but now theres so many online simps it's not a good way to find out
only way now is to actually go there or use some undected GPS
but from what I've seen its gonna be the usual SEA countries thailand, philippines, indonesia
some south america countries where competition is very low like peru
or african countries
though I will say total matches is not that important, at some point it becomes irrelevant if you are getting 400 likes vs 700 likes
you won't be able to meet that many girls even if you are there to slay 24/7
its much more important to find a location where you do well enough in terms of matches, but also have good quality girls
