I think it's true, but there's big cons to it
nobody wants to live there because of lack of things to do, its chaotic, muslim society at least superficially...
so you get very few expats living there, which makes it way easier to date

I've had good things about Cambodia being easier online and irl, but I've never been to Cambodia.
