i've come to the conclusion that this is a general rule unfortunately.

whenever the overall quality of life is nice, guys who can afford it will flock there and spoil the women.

that's why the dating market sucks for average men in all paradise-like places.

i'd say it's not necessarily about shithole.

like for example vietnam is more of a shithole than china but the dating market is worse - even though china has a big surplus of men! it's because vietnam is cheap, safe and easy for tourists and a free country, so they all flock there.

i'm literally sitting here alone in this shithole da nang with my anti-diarrhea medication while chinese women are simping for me online and considering travelling across china to meet me.

the key is to go where it's too uncomfortable for the average traveller. due to whatever: poverty, safety, language, religion, politics, weather.

Supply and demand, X place can be the best in the world on paper, but if everyone thinks the same way it ends up a bad market for everyone

analyse the ratio of girls open to meet foreigners vs the amount of foreigners
china may have 4% of girls open vs only 0.1% foreigners
japan may have 10% of girls open vs 10% of foreigners

in case of china the ratio is massive, 40 girls per foreigner, while in japan its 1:1

Unless you are getting top-tier, above your league women consistently, living in a craphole isn't worth it long term. You can put up with this when you are younger, but as you get older, you want more comforts in life. Also important to note that women are creatures of comfort. They are highly interested in moving and being in places where they can be provided with a good lifestyle...especially very attractive women.

Unless you are getting top-tier, above your league women consistently, living in a craphole isn't worth it long term. You can put up with this when you are younger, but as you get older, you want more comforts in life. Also important to note that women are creatures of comfort. They are highly interested in moving and being in places where they can be provided with a good lifestyle...especially very attractive women.

Yeah esp it's been harder for really attractive, it's possible for 6/10 in Philippines (top 10-20%)

Basically agreed but I'd change it to be: go where it's perceived as too uncomfortable for the average traveler. Anti-China propaganda does us wonders because normies assume it's some kind of totalitarian shithole like North Korea. Conversely, a country like Japan is glamorized far above its actual quality of life.
