Rumors about Hellotalk officially becoming a semi-dating app

There are a lot of sub5 JBWs posting their relationship stories on Hellotalk moments with Asian women and aren't getting banned nor having their posts deleted. One in particular became very popular recently reaching over 4,000 likes and the HT mod team was in contact with him apparently. This guy then said that the HT creators told him they were thinking about making HT into having a dating version as well.

The question then becomes, how will this affect us if this were to happen? Will a wave of chadlites swarm HT mass spamming yellow women? Will jeets and MENAs finally be pushed out? Are thirst traps going to pollute the moments feed even more? Do looks even matter to ethnics as long as you don't look like an ogre? As of now the competition isn't bad but if more ethnic women start getting gassed up by good looking white guys this will obviously be an issue.

HT would probably still be a good tool to have but I would probably have to focus on instagram and rednote more for jap and chinese women

yeah once i find it again. it was an engagement post and the girl was at least a point higher in looks than the guy. he looks like a reddit caricature. most of the likes and comments were from asian women of course jfl

It was pretty good for me when going around China in 2024. Idk about now and don’t bother using it because it’s annoying af to use while in China while on vpn

I don't see why they would do that, they know their competitive edge is being a "hidden" dating app. Do a full move and you lose all the girls.

I tried hellotalk and it was a completely trashy, paywalled app. You can't do anything unless you pay for premium. Tandem is better.

hellotalk is growing tho and if u plan to geomax in the future then u should definitely establish a presence there, it's really popular in every asian country and south american country, even eastern european countries like russia has a big userbase on there. you can literally find girls in any country you plan to visit

It may vary by country. I message japs that I wouldn't mind being seen out in public with and after a few days they change their pfp to something stupid or hide half their face but whites and latinas will always have their own pfp

Do you think this app even has a lot of stunners to begin with and if so where do I find them? I've talked with maybe a handful of HTB but they were always either from Italy, Brazil, Russia or Japan without exception

Most of the girls on the app aren’t gonna be stunners however I’ve met a few very good looking ones who were Latina and Asian
