Better solution I read here is apps for making friends, learning together, or apps as social hangouts (Instagram, Boo) that are friendship first, dating second

Hope this saves some people a lot of time, Instagram is a social but not a dating app. Building rapport first is key

Truth. The hardest part about being non-NT is that your opportunities to be a large fish in a small pond is much lower. You're forced to literally compete with literally millions of men online, instead of a few other guys in a preselected social circle. Geomaxing compensates for a lot of this but not all.

Way easier barrier to entry and building rapport

besides, they're cope. pay to play is law if you're sub 8 and not NT, massive gender imbalance, women looking for jesters or who have ulterior motives, the necessity to be NT. unless bumble and hinge are now normalized in asia then i probably won't be able to mentally deal with such women who go against the grain because that's a sign of mental instability and im the only one who's allowed to be mentally unstable in the relationship

What countries and apps? I'm MTN but doing fairly well with OLD in SEA. No pick of the litter but a steady stream of 20-30 y/o MTBs. For reference: I haven't even tried OLD in the west in many years but I imagine I'd get pretty much zero there.

in the US before covid i had crazy likes and matches on tinder and also when i geospoofed on tantan.

i tried hinge and bumble recently in the US but besides looksflation there's also the fact they throttled the algo so if you're not a NT chadlite or above then it's over on the free versions. i cant bring myself to try SEA
