Okay I said I will share my anti aging routine here. Everything I do every single day is done with this in mind. I don't necessarily recommend it, because it will restrict you from doing quite a lot of things, but this works for me and makes me happy.

Diet:
We start with the obvious. I don't drink anything but water. 3 liter a day. God created water for humans to drink, not cancer coca cola or any other cancer soda. You're literally drinking cancer. Every person I met that doesn't drink water because they don't like the taste of it are all retarded without exception. Imagine a grown man not "liking" water. Kill yourself. Anyway, you don't need anything else but water, tea and vegetable/fruit juice. You get used to it very quickly.

I have a juicer machine in my house which I use to juice fresh vegetables like cucumber, spinach, carrots, etc. to make fresh juice. I make a juice every single day to get an appropriate amount of fiber. To this juice I add collagen powder and sometimes fresh ginger. Ginger is a superfood for anti aging and general health that I should eat more often tbh. 2 pieces of fruit per day.

No processed food. So no McDonalds or ANYTHING FASTFOOD. Fastfood is low iq food and, again, quite literally cancer. I don't understand how people find it hard to abstain from eating cancer. No processed foods also means no pre packaged bullshit like seemingly "healthy" yoghurts that contain 1000000 grams of sugar or any kind of ramen noodle. These are just examples. It's really not that hard. Processed = not buying.

As for the actual food, I just buy organic fruits, meats, bread, vegetables, etc. I like basic rice meals with chicken and vegetables. It's good protein and balanced. I don't eat any sweets except dark chocolate every now and then. In a nutshell, my diet is boring. I eat food to sustain a healthy body, not for pleasure or addiction(any kind of overweight = food addiction). You can still make it tasty of course, despite the many restrictions. I would like to note that it's especially important to opt for organic meat, because non organic meat is full of antibiotics, hormones and more cancer.

I supplement with vitamine D3, K2, C, creatine, Biotin and magnesium.

Skin:
Let's start with the obvious again. I don't do any tanning EVER. Never tan. Of course I go out when it's sunny, but I always apply spf50 pa++++ when I go out. Get the one with pa++++, otherwise it's borderline useless.

I like to do red light therapy every other week. It boosts collagen and I can tell that it's doing something.

Hydration mask once a week. Let it sit for 30 mins to hydrate the skin.

Daily skin care is
1 - oil cleanse
2 - essence toner
4 - La Roche Posay Hyalu sometimes
3 - moisterizer (light)
4 - tret 0.1%
5 - moisterizer (heavy)

Gua sha daily.

Hair:
Finasteride saved my life. I take it every single day. I used to do minox as well, but I hate how greasy it makes my hair and I am not going to take the oral version. I do use rosemary oil, and yes, I know that also makes your hair greasy, but I only apply that 3 times a week during the night and not twice every single day like minox spray(I do use minox for eyebrows, very underrated). I also got a HT. It now looks like I have god tier hair genetics, while it's actually my biggest failo. Many girls commented that my hair is nice. I killed and cucked the norwood reaper before sending him back to Mumbai. Oh how good that feels.

I wash my hair with a light shampoo every other day, moisterize it with a tiny bit of conditioner, and use ketoconazole weekly.

Sleep:
I get 7 to 8 hours usually. 9 hours would be better, but I hate sleeping. I use mouth tape. Got blackout curtains to improve sleep quality.

Exercise:
About 4 to 5 times a week.

Other obvious things:
No smoking and no drugs. No drugs also means no alcohol. Alcohol is terrible for aging. I drink a few times a year at most and never get drunk. Sometimes go months without drinking.

end.

I probably missed a few things, but i cba to write more. I will add more if I find out I forgot something.

Pretty good. BCAAs age you however (so good call if your primary protein source is collagen).
A diet replete in carbs is ideal. Sugar, starch, doesn’t matter. Rice or wheat/bread is pretty low in nutrition though.
My daily macros are usually something like 500-650g carbs (depending on activity), 80g protein, 40g fat. I usually make a giant fruit juice/berry smoothie and eat purple sweet potatoes or random asian/indian dishes when I feel like cooking. Everything tastes god tier, I’m never hungry, and I’m 10-12% bodyfat year round and don’t lose muscle despite never working out because low stress + carbs are anti-catabolic

Too many people into their health have retarded diets of 2000 calories daily of chicken and lettuce and ruin their metabolism because they convince themselves everything else is poison

If you want to take nutrition and supplements past the basics, you can read/listen to: Ray Peat, Chris Masterjohn,
Fire In a Bottle, Valter Longo, Leo and Longevity, and maybe some others I'm forgetting

Skincare is oddly gatekept too tbh. My advice is to focus on actives - tretinoin, azelaic acid, caffeine, niacinamide, etc. Moisturizer and SPF on top of it all is essential.
If you want to go further, you can implement more of a 7-step routine and add things like cleansers (overrated imo), toners, etc.
This is my skincare routine (srs)

AM:
- Ishizawa Sukoyaka Suhada Urea Moisture Lotion
- 5% caffeine + 20% niacinamide + 4% succinic acid + .01% Methylene Blue in H2O
- The Ordinary Ascorbyl Glucoside 12%
- The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + HA
- Kaine Chaga Collagen Charging Serum
- The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA
- La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer
- Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun : Rice + Probiotics SPF50+
- Petrolatum

PM:
- The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution (~1x/wk. Working up to TCA peels)
- La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Facial Cleanser
- Ishizawa Sukoyaka Suhada Urea Moisture Lotion
- Tretinoin 0.1% gel
- Garden of Wisdom Azeloyl Glycine 8%
- The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptides 1% (GHK-Cu)
- The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA
- La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer
- Minoxidil 5% + Azelaic acid 5% + Retinol + Adenosine + Niacinamide + Caffeine + Rosemary oil 2% applied to hairline

Yeah great posts, for sunscreen I use baby bum mineral spf 50 Sunscreen twice a day even on days I don't go out much and while its not pa++++ it does claim to block UVA just as well as UVB being broad spectrum and has non nano zinc but I should still prob switch. It's hard to find ones that are zinc based and also compatabile with my skin since I get eczema flare-ups.

For my face I also use retinol and copper peptide and am going to start using hyaluronic acid daily. I've stayed away from tret for now as I can't be bothered to get a prescription and am concerned about the side effects.

Vitamins I mostly take the same stuff daily except creatine unless I'm working out that day and molecularly distilled fish oil so that mercury and other heavy metals are filtered out. That is a must for brain health which helps stave off cognitive decline.

I used to take Turmeric curcumerin supplements but a lot of that stuff can have lead chromate in it and now take Quercetin as an anti inflammatory and it's supposedly also good for anti aging.

Agreed on water, there's been a lot of commentary on people drinking more water as one of the major reasons why we look younger compared to the previous from 50 years ago and I myself usually drink close to a gallon a day.

I still need to work on cutting out added sugars as that's something I've been addicted to and struggled with a lot but outside of that I dont consume too much junk food and also eat mostly organic foods. I probably fucked my body up slightly by consuming 50-60 grams of it a day(sometimes more) on avg for the last few years but fish oil can help reduce the cognitive effects of that. Although my short term memory is still not as great as it used to be since prolonged intake can shrink your hippocampus.

Fortunately it's one of the few areas of the brain that can recover relatively well from damage. I also remember there was a study on rats where the ones that consumed fish oil had less cognitive deficits when consuming sugar than the ones that didn't but it may be different in humans and we're taking about a greater tinespan than just a couple of months.
I also rarely drink and abstain from drugs so that probably helps as well.

Another thing with oral supplement pills is to check for silicon dioxide as there is some evidence it can slowly damage ones gut lining over time.

Yea, I agree. Varied diet is everything. I also eat a lot of organic fish from this local fish store. 80g of protein is not enough for me though. Usually try to hit 110g+. Helps me a lot with building muscle

That sugar “damage” is surely not permanent. If you keep eating clean now, you will be fine
