Okay I said I will share my anti aging routine here. Everything I do every single day is done with this in mind. I don't necessarily recommend it, because it will restrict you from doing quite a lot of things, but this works for me and makes me happy.
Diet:
We start with the obvious. I don't drink anything but water. 3 liter a day. God created water for humans to drink, not cancer coca cola or any other cancer soda. You're literally drinking cancer. Every person I met that doesn't drink water because they don't like the taste of it are all retarded without exception. Imagine a grown man not "liking" water. Kill yourself. Anyway, you don't need anything else but water, tea and vegetable/fruit juice. You get used to it very quickly.
I have a juicer machine in my house which I use to juice fresh vegetables like cucumber, spinach, carrots, etc. to make fresh juice. I make a juice every single day to get an appropriate amount of fiber. To this juice I add collagen powder and sometimes fresh ginger. Ginger is a superfood for anti aging and general health that I should eat more often tbh. 2 pieces of fruit per day.
No processed food. So no McDonalds or ANYTHING FASTFOOD. Fastfood is low iq food and, again, quite literally cancer. I don't understand how people find it hard to abstain from eating cancer. No processed foods also means no pre packaged bullshit like seemingly "healthy" yoghurts that contain 1000000 grams of sugar or any kind of ramen noodle. These are just examples. It's really not that hard. Processed = not buying.
As for the actual food, I just buy organic fruits, meats, bread, vegetables, etc. I like basic rice meals with chicken and vegetables. It's good protein and balanced. I don't eat any sweets except dark chocolate every now and then. In a nutshell, my diet is boring. I eat food to sustain a healthy body, not for pleasure or addiction(any kind of overweight = food addiction). You can still make it tasty of course, despite the many restrictions. I would like to note that it's especially important to opt for organic meat, because non organic meat is full of antibiotics, hormones and more cancer.
I supplement with vitamine D3, K2, C, creatine, Biotin and magnesium.
Skin:
Let's start with the obvious again. I don't do any tanning EVER. Never tan. Of course I go out when it's sunny, but I always apply spf50 pa++++ when I go out. Get the one with pa++++, otherwise it's borderline useless.
I like to do red light therapy every other week. It boosts collagen and I can tell that it's doing something.
Hydration mask once a week. Let it sit for 30 mins to hydrate the skin.
Daily skin care is
1 - oil cleanse
2 - essence toner
4 - La Roche Posay Hyalu sometimes
3 - moisterizer (light)
4 - tret 0.1%
5 - moisterizer (heavy)
Gua sha daily.
Hair:
Finasteride saved my life. I take it every single day. I used to do minox as well, but I hate how greasy it makes my hair and I am not going to take the oral version. I do use rosemary oil, and yes, I know that also makes your hair greasy, but I only apply that 3 times a week during the night and not twice every single day like minox spray(I do use minox for eyebrows, very underrated). I also got a HT. It now looks like I have god tier hair genetics, while it's actually my biggest failo. Many girls commented that my hair is nice. I killed and cucked the norwood reaper before sending him back to Mumbai. Oh how good that feels.
I wash my hair with a light shampoo every other day, moisterize it with a tiny bit of conditioner, and use ketoconazole weekly.
Sleep:
I get 7 to 8 hours usually. 9 hours would be better, but I hate sleeping. I use mouth tape. Got blackout curtains to improve sleep quality.
Exercise:
About 4 to 5 times a week.
Other obvious things:
No smoking and no drugs. No drugs also means no alcohol. Alcohol is terrible for aging. I drink a few times a year at most and never get drunk. Sometimes go months without drinking.
end.
I probably missed a few things, but i cba to write more. I will add more if I find out I forgot something.
