The best looking Chinese guys I've seen were literal "NPCs" in amusement parks. These guys would be heavily frauded with a ton of makeup and elevator shoes that would even make Amnesia look pale in comparison.

For real, Chang is a myth in China. I think Koreans have a way higher ceiling. Just quickly visiting Seoul, I saw some real moggers I hadn't ever seen in China
