Update wrt to mongla region

The Chinese side is quite devoid at the moment. This might change in near future as lots of construction going on. Large hotels

Almost no crossings at the times I went and observed. Could be cuz of down season or most people fly in on myanmar side. Most likely case

You can bribe guards to let you into Shan state. Problem is actually doing anything in casinos and such. Haven’t figured out anything with this but not too keen as I don’t gamble
