Maybe they don’t like the idea of being gunned down in one of the 586 mass shootings in the US every year (2024)?Original Canadians hate and think they’re better than us.
And that’s not even accounting for half the population being Indians
you know gang related shootings are counted as "mass shootings" in our crime stats right? which account for 95% of "mass shootings"Maybe they don’t like the idea of being gunned down in one of the 586 mass shootings in the US every year (2024)?
Too many Indians in Canada yet the UK is fine? With their former Indian prime minister and country full of jeets
besides circumcision, america mogs hard
I'm quite fond of circumcision ngl, lol. There's some things I like more about Europe but I hardly even consider Brits to be European. They're quite distinct from the rest of Europe and often place themselves outside of Europe and don't refer to themselves as Europeans. The UK is it's own thing. More like the Anglosphere. Which makes the UK more meme tier to me when they try to shit on the US. That said, I still admire the UK for some things but ultimately I'd rather live here.besides circumcision, america mogs hard

Why did you put never and reluctantly on Italy and Uruguay, they're cool as
Oi bruv take this down or I'll get his majesty on your arse

Why did you select French Guiana?
Italy is too hot, even in the coldest places it doesn't get all that cold, compared to where I live and what I'm used to. Also I don't like the language all that much and people seem too NT, even by USA standards. Why did you put never and reluctantly on Italy and Uruguay, they're cool as
You got a loicense to tell me to do that?Oi bruv take this down or I'll get his majesty on your arse![]()
It is automatically selected when you select France. Why did you select French Guiana?

Looks like foreigner factor is gonna diminish fast soon in @AlexBrown84’s beloved China.
If my relatively niche last picked city i live in China ever gets blown up, I’ll simply move to a smaller more remote city, where the only decline in quality of life would be missing my favorite cosmopolitan restaurant
Looks like foreigner factor is gonna diminish fast soon in @AlexBrown84’s beloved China.
yes im aware of that but i dont see the floodgates opening like other countries so farYou can say the same about Thailand. The vast majority are coming for a short time there and look what it did. China has been really blowing up on my socials…mainly about how futuristic and crazy their cities are.
Yeah the VPN shit will keep a lot of the digital soymads out. For good reason tbh, it's pretty fucking annoying at timesdigital nomad communities hate china for the most part
Tbf Thailand still has its islands crowded with foreigners even moreso than Bangkok from what I hear. Any "hidden gems" in any country, you can expect the colonists to find them eventually...The claims of foreign factor possibly diminishing in a country of over 1 billion well... Thailand has 71 million people and China is so much more than just Shanghai Beijing etc.
Using data from the 2021 National Population Census and related indices, China has:
17 megacities (over 10 million),
73 super large cities (5–10 million),
107 Type-I large cities (3–5 million)
Thailand only has
Bangkok which has 18,180,280 people.
Then it quickly falls off with
Chiang Mai only having 1 million people and so on.
EEmaxer derailed the thread btw@Rance also said that even with all the foreigners going to Tokyo, foreign factor still wasn't that diminished outside of the most touristic areas there as there weren't that many in those areas.
I feel like the troubleshoot part is a weak argument supporting the thesis of a "saturation proof" China, i'm kinda retarded and i could set up everything quite easily (and once you have all set up it's actually super convenient to do everything by phone), the language part is annoying but depends what are you going to do, if you are autismaxxed like alexbrown and you don't really interact with locals nobody is going to bother you and you can survive with a translator fine.Tbf Thailand still has its islands crowded with foreigners even moreso than Bangkok from what I hear. Any "hidden gems" in any country, you can expect the colonists to find them eventually...
But yeah you are correct - China can't be readily compared to almost any touristy country due to the language barrier. You're basically fucked trying to live here long term as a foreigner if your IQ is under 110 and can't troubleshoot all the apps and shit and constantly use translate for whatever you need, because you're not doing shit in English. I just got back to China from Bangkok, having gotten back in the habit of actually being able to communicate in English, only for people in China to not know a damn word. Have fun when you have to call someone on the phone
For being a tourist though, none of the above really matters that much. All Chad needs to do is DiDi from the airport straight to the club and it's over for your SMV, à la:
EEmaxer derailed the thread btw
Yeah I don't disagree. I just think that a lot of, say, the 0-inhib sexpat-ish ESL types you see in SEA wouldn't be able to crack it and would perhaps reluctantly jump ship on living here long-term. AliPay, Wechat, Meituan, etc. is easy asf and mostly free of cryptic errors but I'm talking about stuff like having a bank account and converting currencies and whatnot. But yeah, that's why I mentioned basically what you just stated withI feel like the troubleshoot part is a weak argument supporting the thesis of a "saturation proof" China
The real competition will arrive from the short term tourists coming with the visa free scheme, a part of which will be composed of sociopaths blackpillers dedicated to slay as much as possibile ... and another will be brainwashed normies searching for the epic "cyberpunk city" and other retarded chinese propaganda they have seen on Tiktok.
