none of them were related to travel or dating, it was all related to making money online
back in the day social media, affiliate marketing, dropshipping, trading, poker, etc... had massive forums and communities, and i was admin/member of a bunch of forums/skype groups/discord

at that time it was already popular to move to Mexico, Bali, Thailand and a few other locations, mostly because of cost, but it quickly became very popular for dating too
so that's how I ended up meeting quite a few friends that have been geomaxxing all over the world

craziest one I can think of is one of the guys that used to do social media marketing in our group, young guy that was making 6 figures anually

he used some of that money + his knowledge/marketing to status max on instagram and become a dj to meet girls, he was getting some very good results but it wasn't enough for him

so he pivoted into becoming a photographer for adult models/lingerie/playboy, he would fuck 9s and 10s weekly

in the end he ended up settling with a relatively small russian pornstar at that time, and marketed her to become one of the most well known pornhub creators nowadays
she used to be ranked top 10 at some point and is consistently top 50

one of them was dating the relative of a billonaire in SEA, the family is the owner of a company that pretty much everyone knows

one ended up moving to Marbella, and would get crazy orgies going

most were just relatively normal, it is kinda rare for someone to move to the other part of the world, even when most had enough income and could work remotely
they mostly had gf back home and a chill life
