EA really just has better quality all around. i'd take a 6/10 jap and learning japanese to a B2 level over a 8/10 sea monkey without learning their language

i think a lot of people have the tendency to try and intellectualize certain aspects of attraction which i also do. these stats shouldnt matter

the main point to keep in mind is that many people are on this forum because of NT issues myself included. if we look at what's happening in front of our eyes, we can observe that busted white guys are still going to EA and finding a girlfriend/wife. we can also see that many guys who go to SEA just want to slay the hottest bitches possible which skews our perspectives

as far as finding a LTR i'm sure that 90% of users on this forum have the ability to find a looksmatched (or 1 point higher) asian girl with genuine attraction

This is a fairly grounded argument if we assume that the white male population is sub 10% until we account for hardmaxxing/softmaxxing semi-whites and ethnics that can pass as white or fit asian beauty standards, that's a considerable portion and a massive increase in supply contrary to the there's more asian women than white men theory.

The real question is how many decent looking or better white guys can actually live or travel long term in China which has tens of cities that have almost 10 million people each or more and that's discounting the big 4 where most will only go to.

Ethnics are poorer and less likely to be hired as English teachers so there wont be that many of them that can pass as white that can geomax there.

Why aren't you approaching then if you're saying that on the street many girls are showing interest? There's still bound to be a few girls that speak a little English in the malls and whatnot.

Of course speaking Mandarin would help no doubt and 2nd tier China is probably quite easy if you do.

You can't judge a place only by online game and the doom and gloom posts start making more sense when you consider that many guys experiences are from mostly using apps, yeah of course its going to be harder as online dating has declined everywhere.

I actually approached and have good success rate in asking WeChat, the huge problem is that 99% of the girls don't speak English so going on a date it's always super awkward, having to rely on the phone translator just to have small talk and also it's hard to convert these dates into sex since you can't really create an emotional connection or trust.

Fair enough then, I also dealt with that in Shenzhen which is a Tier 1 with the non English speaking girls and my dates fizzled out with them as well, only difference is most girls weren't that interested initially and had high standards so I had a tough time.

Definitely have to get to at least HSK3 at the minimum by the time I arrive in China next year.
