JFL at anyone who says "you should try to lose one pound a week." Bitch, I'm averaging 3.33 pounds a week and I feel great. My hypertension is disappearing (I was Stage 1 hypertension) and now my normal BP is just slightly elevated. My clothes are fitting better and I just feel better on average.

My goal is to lose 60 pounds so I still have a long way to go, but at least I'm moving in the right direction.
 
Are you just doing OMAD and cardio?

Somewhat. I usually don't have breakfast but I will have some fruit at around noon (usually a couple apples and an orange or a banana). Then I have my main meal of the day at around 4-5PM. Usually it's just 400-600 calories. All in all, I usually finish each day having eaten less than 1000 calories.

For exercise I've been doing 10,000 steps walking and either 60 minutes cardio or 30 minutes cardio + lifting

Lately, I've actually been doing 90 minutes cardio since one of my favorite passtimes is wasting time on Youtube so I might as well do some cardio at the same time.

You adding any gym to preserve muscle?
