Advice i dont lose fat on caloric deficit

i have some fat but only on my abs, i cant lose it even when i dont eat almost anything
you think some hiit cardio shit 20 minutes twice a week would work or its just waste of time gym voodoo shit?
 
Whats your intake and diet looking like? Also what’s your BF%
 
you’re prob not in big enough deficit or at all

and do 20k steps a day
 
What you eat also matters for body comp - you probably need more protein
