Advice I don’t mean to be repetitive but is any of this worth it?

Without geomax or whatever, it’s clear I’m going to need 210k 4 inch double ll, a 100k jaw surgery, implants+hair transplant 20-50k and the time sink is 4 years.

Obviously this can multiply my results geomaxxed I’m not denying it, but this world has become a horror show… maybe I’m better off just perma-geomaxxing than getting complicated surgeries? Enjoy my life?
 
Are looksmaxxers clowns or is it really worth it for me to do all this stuff rather than just rotting in Vietnam/china/taiwan/japan. Living my life and accepting with low expectations reactions from women.

you can easily do a lot of these simultaneously if you're strategic about it. it's not gonna be 4 years unless you don't ahve the money for it

Staging orthodontics, actual recovery spacing and so on yes even optimistically 3 years minimum

2 years maximum.


Just get DJS and full facial fat graft then see how you do.

in the meantime get some soft surgeries like lip lift, fat graft, cope with filler.

just do anything.
 
why are you asking us? the answer is subjective, it depends on how much you like pussy/validation
I like it a lot, and that's why I had multiple face surgeries
But I would never do LL

Just do hair transplant + softmaxx + test cycle and perma geomaxx.

Jaw surgery maybe depending on severity of your case

That’s from 1994, and yes who knew random Indians can’t do LL. Look into people like Paley institute with internal fixator in 2026, and you’ll see a much different picture….

you're a stupid faggot take the testimonials from actual patients, if your doctor isn't a retard and uses internals the only thing you should worry about is how much your soft tissue can take and recover for full athletic recovery, barring some extreme bad luck with nails.

it's an incredibly simple surgery, theres a martial artist who went from 5'2 to 5'10 with paley and is now doing his 3rd LL to go to 6'1 with pmax, hes years out from his double LL and has fully recovered

You jsut copy and pasted some pinned study with 100 ppl from 1994. You can watch so many people successfully go through the surgery online and fully recover. One guy I’ve followed for years is “My limb lengthening journey”.

Here is a more recent study from 2024: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7919879/

"The overall risk of complications was 1 complication for every 3 segments lengthened. In 1 of every 4 segments, complications had a major impact leading to substantial change in treatment, failure to achieve lengthening goal, introduction of a new pathology, or permanent sequelae."
 
@FoidGrabber you said youre 6' right? Frankly, your height is likely not the problem if you are struggling this much. As I said before you are much better off with lifts if it still bothers you that much unless you are really dead set on this. It would be interesting to see studies on this new type of ll surgery that you cited but I would still bet that the risk of complications are not that low.

2-5% complication rate 🙄 and you realize in these cases it just requires someone not Indian to properly deal with infection, slow bone regeneration and so on appropriately. Hence why the Vietnamese 35k options are awful even if they may work (in theory), you need someone experienced that can deal with complications.

bigger problem with those cheaper options under 40k is that they wont use any internal nails. The externals/lon (if it matters to you at all) will for sure give you some permanent loss of function in the soft tissue from internal scarring, not a factor with internal nails though.

although losing that function doesn't really matter to most people since they're not competing in marathons
