Pulling in clubs is the easiest way to get hoey, party typa girls imo, thats where I do the best, just dance and then make eye contact with a foid and shell prolly come to you and dance with you then make out and talk after etc...At least thats how I always do it, get her IG or whatsapp and then fuck her the next time you meet or if she isnt too drunk maybe after the club but for me thats rare.
