I got my kid in boot camp there right now. He's back living between Jinan and the village for two months and 10 days. He's too spoiled here in the US and he's not producing enough Chinese so I decided to send him there for a while. My wife's getting a lot of paperwork done as well. What specifically about the tones do you find difficult? I heard similar squeamishness about the tones before I began learning, but it turns out the tones are not all too difficult. There's only four of them. You just say them, and that's it. There's more difficult aspects of the language.

agreed i have seen some chindo's (chinese indonesians) and these guys are taller than me! im 6'2.
they are no longer short any more.
but that's because for the last 30 years they have been getting better nutritian.
you can see it in indo girls from the village. Bad nutritian. They are tiny as fuck. (under 5 feet) and they look like they are 12 to 15. when they are actually 21 to 24.
