My first week post surgery was a true baptism of fire.

the swelling in my nose and lips in the first days prevented me from breathing properly during sleep. plus i had residuals from a cough that still caused some slime in the throat. so my body always did the emergency wake up when i fell asleep. i was basically awake for 4 days with only sleeping intervals of max. 15 mins at a time. didn't even know that's possible without going insane.

and then when i thought the worst was over, i hit rock bottom. in the night before supposedly leaving the hospital an after-bleeding in my nose started. i thought no big deal. but then the blood stopped running out of my nose and ran into the face. i felt how one side of my face started filling with blood within minutes, getting bigger and bigger like a ball. i called the nurse and he woke up the doctor on shift. i told him it's an emergency and we need to stop the blood from flowing into the face even more and get it out. he seemed really sleepy, did nothing and went back to sleep. that was the moment when i thought it's over.

well, turns out i survived. but since the doctor chose the "conservative approach" (= do nothing), the blood coagulated and developed a massive swelling, much bigger than the actual surgery swelling. even my eye got swollen like a boxer’s because the swelling grew so big. my ex-gf visited me in hospital and was shocked. she said i looked unbelievably ugly, like an orc. and she was right.

the worst is over now and i can already sleep better than before surgery because my sleep apnea seems to be cured. and yes, my jaw also looks better than before already despite the swelling.

Ascend or die ✌️

upper jaw 8mm
lower jaw 12mm

i had to push the surgeon twice to go that far. it was a public clinic, surgery paid by insurance.

i'm close to scientifically ideal SNA/SNB values now (no looksmaxer gigachad forward projection).
My surgeon is pretty good but he won't be pushed into doing any high risk shit which is probably for the best. He's the best in my state and is good with complicated cases cases like mine. Ive looked at before and after photos his clients have posted and he always does the most aesthetically that would be possible for that person. He's like autistic abt it lol.

You are your looks.

Im jealous
you'll be there soon, too.

hopefully without the after-bleeding shit that i experienced.

i don't think you need to push anything. 20mm is an extreme movement.

also consider yourself lucky that you have braces. i didn't want to pay for them because i don't need them for the bite, but the elastics need to be attached somewhere. so the surgeon put 6 screws into my gums that still remain there to hang the elastics. brutal, not recommended.

How much better is it really
not sure yet, i'm still quite swollen and numb.

Also it feels so surreal your ex gf checked up on you??? wtf? You have people in your life?
she probably took the chance to ease her guilty conscience because she left me for some betabux guy to create a family and her plan failed.

and also it's a smart move to take care of someone who is about to ascend very soon.

Damn all of you guys have stuff happen in your lives and have relationships with people! This is crazy for me! Never happens to me ever.

I hope you become Chad.

I was gonna go to Dr pagnoni, but I cannot shake the feeling that even if I ascend my face, at 5 foot 9, I’m still invisible so what’s even the point?

But I’m most jealous of all of you guys having stuff happen and having people in your life. I’m so isolated and secure at any moment, without a single soul calling me. I wonder why?

thanks. recessed LTN to chad is pretty much impossible though with only jaw surgery. because the midface remains recessed.

but it is still the biggest lever we have. i think it could raise me into the HTN area when the swelling is gone.

there are tons of countries where you are way above average.

you have to start moving into the right direction if you want things to change.

He’s just mega Non NT, i’d rather be a 5’9 HTN than even a 6’2 MTN lol

Can you explain what you mean by ideal SNA/SNB values?

Sure.

They show the position of your jaws relative to your skull base.

For europeans SNA (upper jaw) 82+-2 and SNB (lower jaw) 80+-2 are considered optimal.

Too low makes you recessed and too high gives you an ape look.

I was very recessed before my surgery. My lower jaw is still on the lower end of the optimal values, so I'm considering genio together with the metal removal in a year. But I have to wait at least half year for the swelling to disappear before judging on if that's still needed.

Can you pm me some pictures before blacking out your eyes

i had my final control examination with the surgeon today to get the screws removed from my gums.

i didn't want the cucked anesthetic spray because it leaves the whole mouth numb for hours. so he just screwed them out with a screwdriver and said "i'm impressed, you didn't even blink an eye". felt like a walk in the park after what i had been through before.

i made another appointment in half a year to discuss fixing my deviated septum and genio. hopefully i will be able to reach chadlite tier when i finish my ascension.

Sounds okay, but I want NATURAL ATTRACTION. I do not want girls to like me just because I have titanium in my face to mask my genetic flaws. That's not a solution. Besides, I am getting old I am already in my mid 20s, so I have to use the final years of my prime productively and not waste them healing from surgery.
Man, their is no way out besides geomaxxing

that just tells me ur already gl btw.

Surgery feels like cheating on a test or a sports competition. The praise (ie attraction) from women will always feel fake.

Life doesn’t reward those, who play by the rules.
fuck the rules, nature has never been fair.

those who are born in the valley need to climb a much higher mountain than the lucky ones.

the older one gets, the more important surgery becomes.

my recessed jaw always used to make me look YOUNGER than i was because it gives a boyish look. but recently it started to turn into the opposite direction and made me look OLDER: my nasolabial folds have become deep due to the missing maxillary support. the surgery has reduced them a lot already. it was definitely about time to act.
