i heard that couples in east asia especially in korea but increasingly in china go to a doctor to verify if their partner has had surgery or if their beauty is natural. if it turns out that one of them has had work done they break up. with more and more people in these countries including men getting surgery this will probably become standard procedure. i have also thought about getting surgery in my 30s when my youthful looks start to fade just to compensate for aging.

how likely is it that this would be exposed? i am scared that the fraud will be discovered because it is a huge turn off for girls if a male has had surgery

no only 25 % of women have. but they often try to hide it. probably most guys would not leave the woman if they found out because men are desparate everywhere. but for women it will certainly change the relationship dynamic in favour of the woman.
