No but not many people speak English but still enough to get by.
In my experience, more people spoke English in Mongolia than when I was in Argentina

Flights are most expensive since the only way to get there is a connection through Korea or Germany.
Just go on Airbnb and look at places near the parliament building
I made a yt video when I was there but it’s not about girls or ulaanbaatar just me riding around the country lol
