go on as many dates as possible asap to lower ur inhib. you need to desensitize yourself from dates by dating many because that will increase your success rate by miles if you are not already low inhib naturally. you will fail a lot, sure, but that is basically the point. go fumble some and learn to not give a fuck. always keep in mind that fumbling doesnt fucking matter at all. there is no fail attempt, you just gain xp, so no attempt will ever be a fail, this mentality should help you. the faster you learn this, the better. approaching is easier in settings where you share hobbies/interest/sport. example; if ur into reading, a book club will make it so easy to start a convo with a girl. tell her her book looks interesting and ask what she thinks abt it or if she has recs for you, whatever. a lot of girls in europe do bouldering nowadays, i would just go there if i ever wanted free approaches . Etc etc. open the convo with a witty question that cant just be answered with yes or no
