Just go to a nightlife/redlight area and probably 90%+ of the taxi drivers (younger guys especially) and tuktuk/motorbike drivers will know where to get anything you want.
Some stuff which is regulated/by prescription in the West (like weed, viagra, antibiotics) you can get pretty much on every street or in every pharmacy. You can even buy Kratom leaves in a supermarket.
