Geomaxxing to middle east/north africa: is it possible?

I am thinking about Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia,Iran, maybe Pakistan. they are the closest potential non-white geomaxxing countries to Europe, I could even visit for 4-days trips.
Is slaying possible in any of these countries or too religious?

Most of those, if not all, are not good for easy slaying because of religion.

In theory your SMV is very high there, but all trip reports mention disappointing results.

What I was getting at is that French and Belgian guys have definitely slayed in North Africa so it's possible
