It's a model designed to predict the most effective cooperation strategy. Each shape represents a person and their shape, colour and outline represent a different cooperation tactic. The four strategies are ethnocentrism (which means you only help people like yourself), altruism (you help everyone), selfishness (you help no one), and metropolitanism (you only help people different to you). Each tick is a generation. All shapes reproduce every generation but at different rates determined by the success of their cooperation strategy. The graph on the bottom left shows you how successful each strategy is.

It doesn't matter how high someone's IQs is if they live in Afghanistan and they're white/black/asian. The native men will prevent you from obtaining status in their society because of nepotism. Similarly, Jews practice the same thing while living in the West.
The Jewish history strategy disproves this, look at the history of court Jews or the need for Jewish bankers in Christian societies.
All groups are nepotistic. Nepotism alone does not explain the gap in success between groups.

If racism prevents people from succeeding and Jews compete in white majority economies this would impose a penalty on Jews due to not being seen as white, however, they can overcome the non-white penalty somehow.
Whites score the lowest in negative ethnocentrism and extent their altruism onto non kin because of an inherent genetic flaw which is made apparent during relaxed selection. Jews are the highest in ethnocentrism and they can pass as white when clean shaven, and christ insane morality teaches whites to be passive and to see Jews as god's chosen people. So, it makes perfect sense why Jews have been successful in white Christian societies.
