Do you think the events happening in Russia and Central Asia right now will make Geomaxxing there easier or hardier?

On one hand, thousands of men have died from fighting and many more too (especially in Caucasus/C. Asia). On the other hand it would be nearly impossible to live in Russia right now unless you had big savings (almost impossible to get paid working online) and it just looks really unstable.

Thoughts on this?
