in my opinion some surgeries are okay but i wouldnt be expecting miracles from surgeries.

like for instance leg lengheting surgery is completely brutal from what ive seen and heard, its not something you just do because you got 100k in your pocket

wow then fillers are the way to go in my opinion. i searched trimax and i think its for very select few cases only useful, its also a bit dangerous and scary with so much blood and tissue and nerves being cut.

fillers i guess is much simpler and you can decide and basically know how you will look, you can add maybe a tiny little bit in some areas like jaw and cheekbones and that can improve your face 100x more than a surgery could. but i guess some things like shoulders, height, wingspan, hair, eye tilt, teeth and so on have to be right in order for it to work

But Chin filler are elite, few of my friends on the forums have got them and ascend a ton, jaw filler is great too

thats good to hear. i know they fade away after a year or so but hey u get to experience 1 year being objectively better looking lol and for only a small price and barely any risk, you can also graduate it little by little so it doesnt result uncanny or something
