I spent some time there so I can drop some knowledge.

The hottest girls in Poland are all in Warsaw. It is their biggest city and where all the girls go to chase their big city girl dream. If you want to have more of a consistency in terms of talent and trying at the hottest girls, you are gonna have to play the looks, money, status, social circle/connection game while living long term in the city. Be prepared to compete hard though cause there are lots and lots of competition there.
