What places have people here been thinking of ascending in? I would say the Phillippines but they have recently passed a law that increased their age of consent from 12 to 16.

I don't think so. I am 19 but not really into foids my age, the sweet spot for me is 10-11.

Good luck finding a 12 year old as a foreigner unless you speak the language or have local friends that can help you find one. But you'll probably need money.
