Depends on what kind of white. In this case there's not much difference phenotypically between the two and the bottom one looks pretty white and im guessing is common in Southern Latin America. Definitely the htb

If it's a nordic or semi nordic mtb vs the same kind of girl then it'd be a harder choice for me.

White or extremely light skinned girls get a free pass from my 4/10 looksmatched level. I even passed over much more objectively attractive brown or black girls because of it. All of them get placed in the short term bin. All Asian girls are short term, too.
