Looks Why are we told to take 1 mg of fin daily or dut 3x/week?

Fin stays bound to hair follicles for 4 days and dut can be up to months. i had noticeable, but not optimal, regrowth at 5 months using 0.02% topical fin 2-3 times a week. I'm thinking about trying the pill again and even then I'll just do like 0.1 or 0.2 mg (the smallest i can cut it) twice a week. maybe i'll even alternate pill and topical

unless you're NW4+ or want to use it for the anti-aging effects then there's no reason to be blasting this stuff
